Our team is comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise. Dan Furman (Founder), a composer, lyricist, and jazz musician, is dedicated to creating and writing for the theater. Dan studied and earned a degree in composition from Oberlin College. J. Harmann Hardeman is an actor, director and writer/producer. He brings significant experience from theater, educational, concert and the commercial entertainment business spaces. Carol Leven, brings her vast knowledge of the arts and her unparalleled organizational skills to the team. Carol is Assistant Vice President for Communications at FIT and is also a popular vocalist and musician. She makes up one half of the duo Carol Leven and Nick Moran the duo is very active in the Northeast. Karen Buck, is a Senior Level Development Professional, Karen adds her passion for creativity with her valuable insights. Along with years of experience she holds a masters degres from Columbia University. Phillip Underhill is a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for creativity and innovation. He is the co-founder of Chief Marketing Office (CMO) and Abilified, where he leverages his expertise to help companies excel in the competitive digital marketing landscape.  Phillip's creativity and marketing skills have been honed through various roles in the industry. Madeline Riddick Seals is an interdisciplinary artist and scene designer. Collectively, we foster a culture of collaboration, artistry, and innovation.
